Two Distinct Mastercourses

Choose your track.
Both end in a real deliverable.

Two parallel academic tracks taught by Ben Noven. Pick the curriculum aligned with your teen's ambitions — each runs as a separate 8-week cohort.

Track I
Wealth Mastercourse

The Noven Group: Financial Literacy & Wealth Mastercourse

Students will learn foundational wealth mechanics across an intensive 8-week schedule. This track strips away abstract textbook theories to build an unshakeable family foundation in budgeting, capital preservation, understanding institutional banking architectures, decoding credit networks, and navigating systemic financial structures safely. Every student leaves with a physical 1-5-10 Year Financial Plan.

Capstone Deliverable
The 1, 5, and 10-Year Financial Plan

Every student walks away with a physical, personalized 1, 5, and 10-year financial plan — mapping their exact financial future based on real-world decisions they test in class.

Track II
Real Estate Investing Mastercourse

The Noven Group: Financial Literacy & Real Estate Investing Mastercourse

Students will learn property underwriting, strategic investment criteria, risk assessment, and active portfolio analysis from the ground up during this 8-week course. This roadmap provides a clear, collaborative learning environment centered on core fundamentals. Across this track, we place a massive structural focus on strategic homeownership and investment properties, unpacking how navigating housing finance and long-term equity accumulation serve as the absolute foundation for individual and generational wealth building. There are a couple of core financial literacy components that are taught at the beginning classes to ensure students can move to the real estate components with a basic understanding. Every family team leaves with a comprehensive Local Deal Analysis.

Capstone Deliverable
The Local Deal Analysis

Every family team leaves with a comprehensive Local Deal Analysis — locating a real property in their own neighborhood, running the physical underwriting numbers, and determining whether the deal works (and if not, articulating exactly why).

Ben Noven

Retired at 40 · Real Estate Investor · Former State Executive

Portrait of Ben Noven

Ben Noven is a seasoned wealth builder who achieved complete financial independence at age 40, retiring from the traditional workforce after 20 years in high-level state and local government roles. His retirement was made possible entirely by building a steady, positive cash flow stream from millions of dollars in real estate properties, including four multi-family properties located on the north and northwest sides of Chicago.

Ben created these mastercourses to share the insider knowledge of someone who built his blueprint firsthand — learning along the way, refining every strategy in the real world, and engineering the financial acuity required to secure absolute freedom. A 20-year veteran of financial literacy and a 15-year real estate investor, Ben has presented to thousands of individuals on financial education, real estate strategy, and housing finance.

His elite framework for wealth building is uniquely backed by professional credentials and institutional leadership. Ben holds his Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law), a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker's License, a Certified Financial Literacy Coach (CFLC) designation, and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential. His public sector footprint includes serving as the Director of Financial Education for the State Treasurer's Office — where he directed a statewide housing program and secured national partnerships with secondary market institutions like Freddie Mac — and at the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), where he created and managed housing initiatives powered by tens of millions of dollars in federal HUD grants. Additionally, he served as a State Director of OSHA and an executive who has overseen billions of dollars in critical infrastructure safety. Ben infuses this exact masterclass-level risk management and real-world execution into every session, teaching the exact blueprints he used to secure long-term financial independence.

A Personal Note from Ben Noven

The Blueprint to Absolute Freedom.

I didn't achieve financial independence through a massive inheritance, a lucky tech exit, or corporate stock options. I built my multi-million dollar real estate portfolio through disciplined financial acuity and deep, working understanding of how capital actually moves.

Every strategy I teach was learned, tested, and perfected in the real world — underwriting deals at the kitchen table, pressure-testing each thesis against actual market conditions. I figured out how to maximize small capital pools, leverage stable banking systems, and navigate housing finance from the ground up until passive cash flow completely replaced my traditional income.

When your teenager sits in a Noven Group mastercourse, they aren't getting abstract theories from a textbook. They are getting the exact, step-by-step blueprint used by a working professional to engineer real financial acuity and secure absolute freedom by age 40.

Enrollment Formats & Campus Locations

Two formats. One standard of excellence.

To accommodate families across the country while maintaining our strict limit of 6 students per cohort, The Noven Group offers two distinct instructional formats. Because our admission process is highly selective, finalized scheduling and specific venue matching take place immediately after a cohort is filled to best accommodate the needs of all accepted students.

Option 1 · Virtual

The Interactive Virtual Cohort

Zoom · Nationwide

Available to students anywhere in the United States. This is a live, high-engagement digital boardroom layout where students from across the country actively collaborate, share screens, and underwrite live deals alongside Ben Noven, building a unique national network of business-minded peers.

Option 2 · In-Person

The In-Person Executive Cohort

Chicagoland Locations

Taught in professional boardrooms, co-working spaces, or local community hubs. We offer five primary geographic coverage zones to anchor our in-person cohorts:

  • Chicago Northside Area
  • Chicago Southside Area
  • North Suburbs Area
  • West Suburbs Area
  • South Suburbs Area
Note on Scheduling

To protect the collaborative dynamic of our small groups, classes are scheduled only after all 6 seats in a cohort are officially filled. Our office will analyze the geographic density of the accepted students and coordinate the central area and weekly time block that best accommodates the entire cohort.
